    We loved this popular hotel with supper friendly staff in the service and staff. Had a gorgeous breakfast, a new-fashioned room with an amazing view of the gardens and mountains. The location was magnificent and particularly good, near bar restaurant and gardens, a waterfall and plenty of walking trails and fine dining options. Furthermore, to the' Irish' pub.

    I cannot express how disappointed I was with my stay. Upon arrival, my room had a horrible odor from clogged drains. Attempts to enjoy the dining options were thwarted when I discovered there was no food outside of room service, and when I ordered drinks, they were forgotten. To top it off, the hair dryer malfunctioned, causing sparks and power loss, leaving me anxious and uneasy throughout the night.

    Everything......this was just pure luxury, we got upgraded to a mountain view suite as we had recently got engaged. We were treated like royalty.

    This hotel offers fine views and magnificent grounds to explore. Dining was fantastic, with really good service at the restaurant. The staff were great was great.

    One tiny comment, there was no turn down service, I would have thought a hotel of this calibre would have had such a service, it is a tiny detail but completes the 5 star experience

    I enjoyed the well-decorated interior and the cleanliness of the room. The efficient check-in process and friendly staff made for a pleasant welcome.

    The property's location is lovely and incredible, short walk to ireland, north or south, and river walk. And it's by Dargle.

    I was very disappointed by the Gordon Ramsey Restaurant. The service was poor for such a reputable restaurant and the food was definitely overpriced as was the lower grade wines. The 2 dishes we ordered as our main course were not available. It was already a limited menu and I would have thought after the TV shows and seeing this man make such a big deal about everything that his restaurant would have been more of a pleasant experience. I would avoid this restaurant as I felt I got ripped off simply by a reputation.
